A journey into the world of water
The new Acea Scuola's Project
For years, the Acea Group has promoted educational initiatives in schools, focusing on water resource conservation and environmental awareness.
In the 2024/2025 edition, Acea renews its commitment by offering its experience and expertise through the new "Water Education" project for primary and secondary school students.
This project, conducted in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Merit, aims to foster a culture of water conservation, recycling, and reuse among students in Lazio, Campania, Umbria, Tuscany, Molise, and Valle d'Aosta—the regions where Acea currently operates. Starting from the next edition, however, the initiative will extend to all schools nationwide.
Schools that complete the program will have the opportunity to organize guided tours of Acea Group facilities in the six target regions, upon request. Additionally, at the end of the project, students can participate in a special contest to reflect on water conservation and responsible water use from their unique perspectives that will end with the awarding of the best water education video from among those received.

the educational path with your class and embark on a journey to discover the world of water
Through an engaging, science-based approach, students can embark on a journey into the world of water.
From understanding what it means to protect water resources, exploring historical perspectives and fascinating facts, to discovering tips and best practices for saving and recycling water.
The Acea Group provides a dedicated platform for accessing the educational paths, divided into three sessions. Here, students can engage with content tailored to different targets, take quizzes, and explore themed interactive games.
Acea Scuola offers students the opportunity to visit the Acea Group plants located in their regions.

In the previous editions of Acea Scuola, more than 11,000 young people were involved in person and over 25,000 in the digital editions.
The project has then evolved over time, reaching an increasing number of students thanks to an educational format that uses multimedia tools: videos, quizzes and educational courses that have illustrated and explained the world of water, energy and environmental sustainability, while addressing the challenges related to water and energy saving.
