The 2024-2028 Business Plan, presented on 6 March 2024, provides for an increase in the creation of value for shareholders through a sustainable dividend plan, marked by constant growth.
We expect to distribute more than €1 billion (accrual-based) during the five years of the plan, implying an annual growth of 4% in DPS (dividend per share).
The proposed dividend, in respect of FY2023, is €0.88 per share compared with €0.85 the previous year.
