Acea, a company listed on the Mercato Telematico Azionario (Electronic Share Market) organised and managed by Borsa Italiana, has Roma Capitale as its majority shareholder.
Roma Capitale holds a 51% equity interest. According to Consob data, as at 31 December 2024 the other direct or indirect significant shareholdings are owned by Suez SA (over 23.33%) and Francesco Gaetano Caltagirone (5.45%). The free float constitutes 20.22% of the share capital, of which 12% is held by leading institutional investors.
