Prevent with Acea
Acea joins the National Travelling Women's Health Promotion Programme, the “Caravan of Prevention”, promoted by Komen Italia. This programme offers free awareness and prevention activities for the main female oncological pathologies. In 2024, 625 free breast, dermatological, and endocrinological screenings were carried out.

Solidarity Taxi
Acea supports Il Nucleo ACLI (Associazioni Cristiane Lavoratori Italiani - Christian Associations of Italian Workers in English) by providing a company vehicle for solidarity initiatives and delivering groceries to struggling families and solidarity organizations.
Corporate Wellness
In 2024, a series of four sessions dedicated to mental well-being was organized in collaboration with Unobravo, Italy’s largest online psychology service. This project offers an interactive experience, allowing participants to share their perspectives and acquire new practical and theoretical tools to improve their daily lives. Personalized consultations with the team’s professionals are also available, with corporate facilitation for the first two meetings.
In 2024, a women's self-defence course was launched for all women in the Group, aimed at helping them recognize and prevent possible dangerous situations.
Awareness-raising campaigns are carried out yearly to highlight the importance of supplementary pensions, represented by the Pegaso Fund, which is becoming increasingly relevant among the Group's employees.
At Acea, well-being also means fostering an inclusive culture and valuing diversity, while combating all forms of discrimination. Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) are becoming increasingly central to us, with projects and initiatives that integrate these values into our daily work.
Through advanced governance tools, such as our ED&I Policy and dedicated committee, we strive to align HR strategies with corporate objectives. Each year, we develop an ED&I Plan that brings together our initiatives to uphold the principles of inclusion.
