We bring young people closer to the world of work

We have been committed to supporting the younger generation for years through initiatives involving schools and the local community. Our partnerships with high schools allows us to strengthen our contribution to local communities and bring young people closer to the world of work and future challenges.

Skills development for young professionals

Every year, through the school-work alternation project (defined by the ministerial programs as 'PCTO' - Percorsi per le Competenze Trasversali e l'Orientamento, or “Path for Transversal Skills and Orientation” in English), we offer high school students valuable resources to help them make the best professional decisions at the end of their studies. The initiative is developed in cooperation with the ELIS Consortium.

GenerAzioni per il futuro

is the 2025 edition of the program, offering 350 young people from fourth and fifth-year high school classes the opportunity to explore business areas and engage with Acea Group companies up close.

Fourth-year students participate in a hands-on workshop, the Challenge Lab, where they tackle real challenges using project management methods. Fifth-year students, on the other hand, receive guidance on the world of work, focusing on key skills, CV creation, and interviews with HR professionals from Group companies.

Research and education in collaboration with leading universities

We believe in the importance of university collaborations to promote innovation and development. We have established strong partnerships with universities such as Tor Vergata, La Sapienza, Luiss Guido Carli, the University of Naples “Federico II”, Polytechnic University of Milan, and the University of Pisa (Sant'Anna di Pisa), offering training opportunities to young people through internships and apprenticeships. During 2024, we had launched 35 curricular traineeships.

We always make room for those who are eager to grow with us

If you have recently obtained a technical or vocational diploma and are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of work, we are interested in getting to know you. We believe in people’s growth and offer an environment where you can develop skills through concrete experiences and structured pathways.
