Internal dealing

The Internal Dealing procedure regulates the disclosure and behavioural obligations connected with transactions for the purchase and sale of securities (on the part of persons within the Group).

The procedure, which concerns both shares and financial instruments linked to shares, applies to Acea’s directors, statutory auditors and managers, as well as the people closely associated with them, pursuant to EU Regulation 596/2014 (“Market Abuse Regulation”), Legislative Decree no.58/98 (“Consolidated Finance Act”) and the provisions set forth by the Issuers’ Regulations.
