We post job openings across multiple channels (our website, LinkedIn, university placement services, job portals, and headhunting companies) to reach as many professional profiles as possible.

 

 

Screening e shortlisting

 

We carefully assess all the applications we receive to identify the most suitable profiles based on soft skills, business games - interactive simulations that replicate real business scenarios and promote hands-on learning – and short videos presenting the candidates. We use artificial intelligence tools to support the selection process, but the analysis is guided by experienced professionals who undergo continuous training to ensure a thorough and accurate assessment.

 

Interview

 

Interviews are at the heart of our work and selection process. Beyond the lines of a CV are stories, experiences, and passions that bring professional profiles to life. Each meeting is an opportunity for exchange, a moment in which assess skills and discover the people behind the titles, enriching ourselves in turn.
