Acea S.p.A. (“ACEA”) announces that, under the new rules and regulations introduced by Consob (Italian Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange) resolution 19970 dated 26 October 2016, in order to guarantee alignment with international industry best practices and with a view to ensuring maximum transparency vis-à-vis the market, the company intends to voluntarily approve and publish interim reports on operations, in the manner already adopted for approval of the interim report on operations as at 30 September 2017.
