Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor, she holds various positions on the boards of statutory auditors of listed companies and entities under public control.
She has extensive expertise in corporate governance, company law and financial market regulation, combined with solid experience in corporate oversight and compliance. Her career also includes significant work in tax consultancy, carried out at prominent national and international law firms as well as within the Ministry of Economy and Finance. She is a member of key technical and professional committees and actively involved in training, outreach and cultural promotion activities focused on sustainability, governance and regulatory innovation.
